R.D. Owen Equine Clinic
The practice was paying yearly for a slow static site that barely worked. I rebuilt it properly, then added an AI Horse Health Checker running on Claude Sonnet.
Owners type in their horse's name, age and symptoms, and the tool works out how urgent it is: call the vet now, book a visit, or something you can handle at home. It cuts the calls that never needed to happen, without ever waving off a real emergency.

Chirpy
An AI chat widget you add to any site by pasting in a single line of code. It answers visitors' questions, nudges them towards buying, and quietly turns everything they ask into analytics the business can use.
Only a small widget loads on the customer's site; the AI, the knowledge base and the dashboard all live on Chirpy's own infrastructure. It uses Cache-Augmented Generation rather than RAG: the whole knowledge base sits in the model's context instead of being fetched in chunks, which keeps things simpler and more accurate at the sizes Chirpy is built for. I came onto the founder's project before launch to help get it production-ready: testing, fixing and building new features. I now run its marketing and help shape what ships next.

Pentre Ffyddion Farm
A campsite with no website at all. People don't book a patch of grass, they book the trip around it, so I built the site around an AI itinerary planner that sells the trip before anyone pays.
The planner pulls in local attractions and live weather to build a day-by-day plan around your dates, your group and your dogs. Bookings go through a simple enquiry form (Resend) for now, with a proper system on the way. Since launch, the campsite has gone from roughly one enquiry a week to several bookings a day.

AI Virtual Host
The same AI host I built for Pentre Ffyddion, answering guests instantly on the campsite's web chat and over WhatsApp, at any hour. It's grounded in a curated local-knowledge base so it never invents facts, sells the trip with real local suggestions, and can take a booking enquiry end to end without leaving the chat.
The web chat and a dedicated WhatsApp business number both call the same server-side module, so behaviour is identical; WhatsApp just keeps its replies short. It understands photos, voice notes and shared locations, offers quick-reply buttons, sends a welcome PDF on request, and reads a booking enquiry back to confirm before filing it to the owners with server-side validation. Live weather and tides are injected so a suggested day-plan suits the actual day, and the grounded knowledge block is prompt-cached to keep it fast and cheap.

A bit about me
I'm George, a full-stack developer in North Wales.
I build the whole thing: design, front end, back end, the AI, and often the marketing that follows. You get one person who sees it through to something live, not a demo and not a handoff to a junior. The AI side is real production work: a Claude-powered triage tool, a chat product built on a cache-augmented architecture, an AI host running over WhatsApp. Mostly I care about two things: that your site is quick and properly nice to use, and that any AI pays for itself rather than being bolted on for show. I'd rather talk you out of something that won't help than sell it to you anyway.
How I work
- 1
A quick chat
Tell me what you're trying to do. I'll give you my honest take on whether I can help, and what I'd actually build.
- 2
I build it
Design, front end, back end, the AI, all of it. You see it come together, not a black box.
- 3
It goes live
A real site doing real work. I'm around afterwards for changes, marketing, whatever comes next.
What it costs
Every project gets a proper fixed quote before we start — no hourly meters, no surprises. But so you're not guessing:
-
Website build
from £900A fast, custom-built site (not a template, not Wix) that looks right on every phone and is set up properly on Google. Most small-business sites land between £900 and £1,500.
-
Bigger builds
from £1,500Bookings, online shops, member areas, custom tools — anything with real machinery behind it. Quoted per project.
-
AI add-ons
from £400An assistant that answers customers on your website or WhatsApp at 3am, tools that cut your admin, automations that do the boring bits. Added to a new build or retrofitted to your existing site.
-
Care plan
£45/monthHosting, security updates, small content changes and priority support. For businesses that would rather never think about their website again.
-
Digital Partner plan
from £175/monthOne local person for everything digital instead of five different companies. I look after your website, your Google presence and reviews, SEO, bookings and automations — plus a monthly call where you tell me what's annoying you and I fix it. Cancel anytime.
Let's build something.
Whether your site needs a rebuild, you're wondering what AI could actually do for your business, or you just want a straight answer, book a quick intro call or send me an email. No pressure, no jargon, and I'll tell you honestly if I'm not the right fit.
