It started with a ringing phone.
My parents run an equine vet practice in St Asaph. Their evenings kept disappearing into phone calls that a good website could have answered.
So I built them one, then a health checker that answers worried owners at any hour. Then a campsite down the road wanted the same kind of help, and then another.
That's still the whole idea: find the questions and jobs that eat your time, and build something that handles them. Plain talk, fixed prices, and I'm around afterwards.
