Work · Equine veterinary practice
A proper rebuild for a busy practice, and an AI health checker that answers the calls that never needed to happen.
St Asaph, North Wales
The problem
A slow site they paid for every year, and phone calls eating into the vets' evenings.
Owners describe what their horse is doing in their own words and get clear guidance on whether to call now, book in or keep an eye.
Services, emergencies and contact details that load fast on a phone in a field.
Try it yourself
These are working pieces of the real site, with pretend data.
Owners describe what's happening in their own words and get clear next steps, so the vets' phones ring for the right reasons.
An example, not veterinary advice. Worried? Ring your vet.
The result
Where it started
My parents' practice. Cutting their evening phone calls is why I started building.
